Key skills for the job
Responsibilities Write a variety of communication materials, including emails, press releases, corporate blogs, newsletters, speeches, executive communications, and social media content. Develop content for internal communications that keep employees informed and engaged. Represent data in a logical way through flowcharts, infographics and other tools. Create communication related to policy changes, announcements, FAQs, and messages from senior leadership. Manage deliverables for both internal and external communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all channels. Ensure all written content adheres to the company s style guide and tone of voice. Research industry trends, company initiatives, and relevant topics to produce accurate and timely content. Support crisis communication efforts with sensitive and strategic messaging. Proofread and review materials for grammar, spelling, and overall clarity. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of corporate communications and suggest improvements. Strict adherence to Enterprise brand standards and style guides. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in mass communication, journalism, and / or English. Additional skills in creative writing and storytelling will be an added advantage. Additional Information Minimum 6 to 8 years experience as a content writer / messaging specialist or a similar role in corporate communications. Portfolio of published articles including thought leadership, PR, announcements, blogposts, and alike, would be required for this role. Prior working experience in a GCC set up would be preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic understanding of HTML and web publishing. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to write across various media platforms and channels for diverse stakeholders and audience groups in the organization. Clear understanding of various deliverables under internal communications. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of Content Management Systems, like WordPress. Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms. Familiarity with social media usage for business and keyword research tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding organizational and planning abilities. Experience in managing and developing content on and for the Intranet. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
