Job Description

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist to join our team. This role will support the implementation, configuration, and management of the various modules within the Oracle Fusion HCM suite. The ideal candidate will have experience with Fusion HCM Compensation, Payroll (US), Benefits, Learning, ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), and Technical configurations. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes, troubleshooting system issues, and driving strategic HR initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Fusion HCM Compensation :

- Configure and manage compensation structures, salary components, and bonus programs.

- Perform system testing and ensure accurate salary and bonus calculations.

- Integrate compensation data with other HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, etc.).

- Analyze compensation reports to ensure alignment with company policies.

Fusion HCM Payroll (US) :

- Oversee the setup and configuration of payroll processes, including tax calculations, deductions, and reporting.

- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees in the U.S.

- Work with HR, Finance, and IT teams to resolve payroll issues.

- Stay up to date with changes in payroll legislation and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.

Fusion HCM Benefits :

- Administer the benefits enrollment process, configure benefits plans, and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Collaborate with the benefits team to manage open enrollment periods and lifecycle changes.

- Provide support in the integration of benefits data with payroll and other HCM modules.

Fusion HCM Learning :

- Configure and manage learning management systems (LMS), training catalogs, and certification programs.

- Develop reporting structures to track employee learning progress.

- Integrate learning management with employee development and career growth initiatives.

Fusion HCM ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) :

- Oversee the configuration of recruitment processes, including job requisitions, applicant tracking, and onboarding workflows.

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

- Configure job posting, candidate evaluation, and interview management features in ORC.

Fusion HCM Technical :

- Provide technical support for the Fusion HCM platform, including integrations with other systems, data migrations, and security setups.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with Oracle support or internal IT teams.

- Ensure system updates, patches, and customizations are executed seamlessly.

- Assist with HCM reporting, data extraction, and analytics.

Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum 8-12 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, ORC, and Technical).

- Hands-on experience in configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Oracle HCM applications, including Payroll and Benefits modules.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, reporting, and integration.

- Proficiency in SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and other reporting tools.

- Understanding of Fusion HCM security model, workflows, and data structures.

- Experience with data migration, ETL tools, and integration with other enterprise systems.

Knowledge :

- In-depth knowledge of US Payroll processes, tax configurations, and reporting.

- Familiarity with HCM best practices, HRIS, and learning management systems.

- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing payroll and benefits.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.

- Attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
