What We Are Looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Project Lead for our Open Source Division who excels in PHP development across all frameworks and possesses strong full-stack expertise with technologies like React and Node.js. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, leadership skills, and client management abilities to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide solutions, and maintain effective communication.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable applications using PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.), React.js, and Node.js.
• Oversee and mentor a cross-functional development team, fostering skill enhancement and productivity.
• Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment for robust project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter) and full-stack development (React, Node.js).
• Proficiency in database management (MySQL, MongoDB) and RESTful API integration.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Proven track record of managing client communications and delivering successful projects.

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Prior experience in open-source contributions is a plus.
