Job Title: SEO/PPC Lead

What We Are Looking for:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven SEO PPC Lead to join our dynamic marketing
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO and PPC campaigns across all channels. This role requires a deep understanding of both
organic and paid search strategies, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to
lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
Responsibilities:
SEO & PPC Management:
ï• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and
drive organic traffic.
ï• Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and other on-page elements to ensure SEO
best practices are followed.
ï• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google
Search Console, and other SEO tools.
ï• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
ï• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing
Ads, and social media channels.
ï• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to maximize
campaign performance.
ï• Monitor and analyze PPC performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize
ROI.
ï• Perform A/B testing of ads and landing pages to continuously improve campaign
effectiveness.
ï• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SEO and PPC specialists, fostering a culture of
continuous improvement.
Technical Skills:
ï• Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and PPC platforms (e.g., Google
Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).
ï• Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
ï• Experience with A/B testing tools and techniques.
ï• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
Qualifications:
ï•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
ï• 3+ years of experience in SEO and PPC management, with a proven track record of
success.
ï• Experience leading and managing a team of digital marketing professionals.
ï• Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
ï• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
ï• Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant credentials is a plus.
