Job Summary:

Primoris Systems is looking for a skilled IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in handling Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions and fulfilling high-demand requirements for clients like Capgemini and Cognizant. The ideal candidate should be adept at working in a high-requirement flow environment, ensuring fast turnarounds while maintaining quality in hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
• Work on bulk hiring demands for Capgemini, Cognizant, and other key clients.
• Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews, assess technical and cultural fit, and coordinate with clients for further rounds.
• Handle negotiation of compensation, notice period, and offer rollout.
• Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) and maintain high submission-to-selection ratios.
• Work closely with the client account managers to understand demand pipelines and plan recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and proactively build a talent pool.
• Coordinate with onboarding teams for smooth offer acceptance and joining formalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in C2H hiring.
• Hands-on experience in hiring for Capgemini, Cognizant, and similar IT clients.
• Strong understanding of IT skills, job roles, and technical requirements.
• Experience in handling high-volume hiring with quick turnaround time.
• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), ATS tools, and database management.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close positions within tight deadlines.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a high-demand environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in team handling or mentoring junior recruiters.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Understanding of compliance and onboarding processes for C2H resources.
