Develop and customize instrument cluster software to meet OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) requirements.
Collaborate with OEMs and cross-functional teams to understand and document technical and functional requirements.
Integrate software components (middleware, drivers, APIs) into the instrument cluster system.
Use tools like CANalyzer, CANoe, or other debugging tools to monitor and troubleshoot communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, or FlexRay).
Work closely with hardware engineers to ensure compatibility of the software with the instrument cluster hardware.
Provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Expertise in Program Management, automotive standards, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects. Strong understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and microcontroller programming. Expertise in CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and diagnostics protocols like UDS (Unified Diagnostic Services). Expertise in industry standards such as ISO 26262, ASPICE for automotive projects. Exposure to emerging automotive technologies (electric vehicles, autonomous driving). Excellent communication skills.
