Pricing Analyst

Role Description

You will be responsible for maintaining the pricing model in SAP and drive actions on daily basis to improve the overall pricing process efficiency. In this role, you will drive actions on daily basis to realize the yearly pricing goals. (E.g.: Customer / Net Price realization, support competition share gain through pricing tools)

Your responsibilities

• Build and maintain pricing models to enable optimize the profit margins and achieve revenue targets.
• Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies for the companys products.
• Conduct Margin analysis and provide pricing and commercial support to sales team.
• Achieve yearly goals on price differentiation and net price impact.
• Validate the contribution margins at the product level and work with product managers to drive improvements.
• Continuous optimisation of the pricing process in India in alignment with HQ pricing team (Strategic, operational, and transactional level)
• Work with the sales team to define the pricing structure for customers and products.
• Implement the yearly price increase in SAP
• Validate and maintain the pricing conditions in SAP on a day-to day basis.
• Resolve queries from sales and contact centre

Our requirements

• Engineering /MBA/ Science or Commerce graduate
• 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Analytics role
• Expert in Microsoft package & SAP SD module
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good negotiations and problem-solving skills
• Effective reporting and presentation skills. Enthusiastic and proactive team player
