Sap Basis Consultant

Role & responsibilities :

1. Support SAP production systems, diagnose technical issues, and provide timely resolutions
2. Configure and manage user roles and authorizations in SAP systems. Fiori Apps activation.
3. Perform system monitoring, job scheduling, and process analysis.
4. Ensure system availability and performance through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
5. Analyze and optimize SAP system performance to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
6. Manage and perform SAP system upgrades, support packs, and kernel upgrades.
7. Implement security policies and procedures to protect the SAP environment.
8. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
9. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (S/4HANA CLOUD).
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
