Role & responsibilities
1. Having good experience as support consultant handling day-to-day tickets.
2. S4 Hana
3. Business Partner Process
4. Billing Plan - Milestone Billing & Periodic Billing
5. Understand the master data related to SD and ensure master data is proper to run sales related processes.
6. Provide training to end users.
7. Experience in preparing requirement documents for requirements received from business team.
8. Experience in writing Functional Specs for developments and coordinating with ABAP team & business team to complete the developments.
9. Responsible for preparing test scripts and assisting ABAP team.
10. Hands on experience on configuration related to Sales order/ Delivery / Billing
11. Experience in S/4 HANA is must
