Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Reconcile bank statements, Accounts payable.
• To respond to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
• Preparing monthly MIS
• Continuing to improve the payment process.
• Assist in Month end Closing activities
• Post Customer TDS entries
• Assist customer in resolving TDS queries
• Overall responsible for compliance to Weekly and Monthly Reports MIS Reports, Cash Flow Statements & Fund Flow Statements
• Vendor / customer query handling in case of specific needs
• As a designated head of Department, coordinates Inter Department and provide the necessary information to the team
