Position Overview:

Pressfit is hiring for an experienced Executive to manage Customer Good Returns, Credit Note Settlements, and related pricing/documentation tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit note creation, pricing adjustments, and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Returns: Handle customer return requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Credit Notes: Create and settle credit notes for customer transactions, resolving any discrepancies.
• Pricing: Address pricing issues and adjustments, ensuring accuracy.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of returns, credit notes, and pricing adjustments.
• Customer Communication: Act as the primary contact for customers regarding returns and credit queries.
• Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements for returns and credit note processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience with returns, credit notes, and pricing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or handling customer complaints.
• Background in retail or manufacturing with frequent returns.
