Position Showroom Manager (Arena)

• Location - Deoghar, Jharkhand
• Reporting to – CMD & JMD / VP Sales
• Age - Maximum 45 Years
• Educational Qualification - Graduation / Post Graduation
• Experience - 05 + years of experience in a team handling role, essentially to be in automobile sales in 4 Wheller.
• Salary - Upto 6 LPA CTC + Incentives based on target achievements.

• Job purpose: This position would be responsible for the strategic planning, overall operations, and day to day management of the affairs of Premsons Motor (Maruti Suzuki) Arena Outlet.

• Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Second in line in showroom operations.

2. Responsible for recruitment, joining, training, mentoring, grooming & development of manpower.

3. All new joining SRM & RM will be part of his / her team for first 3 months.

4. Conducting weekly evaluations and training sessions at Dealership.

5. Tracking performance of sales manpower and handholding on improvement areas.

6. Assisting GM Sales in day-to-day planning & operations.

7. MIS monitoring & trend analysis.

8. Responsible for tracking & achieving all MSIL incentive schemes & Need Scorecard.
