Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for End to End Recruitment starting from screening, coordination of interviews, and releasing the Offer letters
• Taking care of On-boarding activities, Documentation, and Filing
• Responsible for Leave coordination.
• Resposible for Balance Score Card and PMS
• Should maintain Recruitment trackers for all the open positions
• Should be smart to tackle the situation.
• Requires good knowledge of MS-office
• Must be, a Go-getter attitude, able to handle pressure under any situation.
