Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including annual reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
2. Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
3. Maintain and update financial records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
4. Oversee the timely and accurate processing of tax deductions at source (TDS), provident fund (PF), and employee state insurance (ESI) contributions.
5. Experience in advanced Excel and Word skills.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to financial management and reporting.
Requirements:
1. CA/ICWA inter or MBA Finance is preferred.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
3. Strong knowledge of financial transactions, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
4. High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
