Accounts Assistant

Job Summary:

TZ Railings Pvt. Ltd. a division of VIVA Railing LLC an 8 times 500/5000 list of Fastest Growing American Company INC Magazine Hall of Fame Award Seven years in a row is seeking Accounts Assistant. The Accounts Assistant will support the accounting department in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work efficiently within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Financial Records: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices for payment, ensuring that all details are correct and payments are made on time.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage and monitor outstanding accounts, assist in issuing reminders for overdue payments, and follow up with clients or vendors as necessary.
• Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity.

Skills & Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4 6 Yrs experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.

Working Conditions:

• Standard working hours would be 2.00 pm 11.00 pm,
• Working days - Monday to Friday.
• Job Location - Mumbai
