We are looking for a highly qualified chartered accountant with years of experience to lead a team of accountants. The chartered accountant is responsible for implementing accounting systems and processes, preparing monthly financial reports, controlling the master data of the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with the state revenue service.

Job Role:

• Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts information
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national tax laws and regulations
• Periodic review of accounts and ensure compliance and deliverables.
• TDS, GST, Income Tax, etc. are done in a timely manner/Finalisation of Accounts, directing the preparation of audits, financial statements and varied fiscal reports.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statements).
• Reviewing and recommending modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
• Oversee compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other indirect taxes, ensuring timely filing of returns.
• Assist in capital budgeting and investment decisions, considering the financial impact and risk factors.
• Handle corporate taxation matters including corporate tax returns, tax audits, and assessments.
• Identifying and assisting in resolving accounting / tax/ other issues
• Liaising on important / critical matters through emails, telephonic calls or personal meetings with clients, vendors, bankers, consultants and auditors.
• Preparation of periodic and Annual Financial Statements
• Visit various regulatory authorities as an when required
• Ability to identify issues and solutions in financial data
