Team Member - Design Engineer

About the Role :

Developing quality products of required specifications, such as Textile & Industrial Equipment, and assembles, integrate, test & review the functionality. Also monitor & report on the progress of product development. Expertise with design & engineering are required for ensuring the Mechanical design & development of the project is properly structured, engineered for sturdy, sleek and stability.

Responsibilities:

1. Defining the physical requirements

2. Identifying the parts / elements to implement the requirements.

3. Finalizing the Monitoring and analyzing design & development as per plan.

4. Module assembly & Integration

5. Ensuring that workflows, processes, and product comply with safety regulations

6. Testing and Design reviews of the modules / product

7. Parts finalization & release through Technology Transfer documents

8. Drawing study and verification

9. Knowledge on Solid Works & engineering methods are essential

Competency & Skill Sets

i. Qualification : BE / MSc / BSc / Dip. in Mechanical / Mechatronics

ii. Additional Qualification : Any specialization in Solid Modeling

iii. Prior Experience : 1 to 3 years of relevant experience

iv. Should be of analytical, organizational, excellent communication & inter-personal skills.

v. Critical / Logical thinking & problem solving skills.

vi. Should be capable to lead at least a support team size of 2 or more.

vii. Should be capable to interact with pears to ensure the project is on track and fast moving.

viii. Specific Skills Required :

1. SolidWorks Modeling, Drafting

2. FEA application

3. AGV & automation

4. Robot fundamentals

5. Autocad
