Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Officer to lead efforts in mobilizing migrant workers and women workers, specifically for the textile (spinning) industry. This role requires expertise in recruitment, agent management, and developing strong relationships with both workers and their families. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing talent, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, and supporting organizational goals through effective workforce mobilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts to mobilize migrant male workers and Tamil women workers for various positions in the textile (spinning) industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with workers, agents, and their families, with a focus on community outreach and communication.
• Develop strategies for attracting and retaining talent, ensuring a continuous workforce pipeline.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including interviews, screenings, and final placements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of new workers and their families into the organization.
• Travel to different locations as necessary to recruit and assess candidates.

Prerequisites:

• 8-10 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on mobilizing migrant workers and women workers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Tamil and Hindi.
• Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate with workers, agents, and their families.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to various locations for recruitment drives.
• Preference for male candidates.
