Job Description :

- Product lifecycle management: Supervise and control the entire product lifecycle.

- Market insights: Keep up with market developments to learn about competitors and industry trends.

- Handle both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee a robust CMS product offering.

- Oversee the complete client onboarding process, including technological developments, BRD, documentation, and managing client expectations prior to go-live.

- Strong customer relationships are essential for the seamless day-to-day handling of client requirements after go-live.

- Business expansion: Achieve monthly goals to grow your clientele among current customers.

- P&L management: In charge of revenue and P&L administration.

- Make sure that the services are provided in accordance with the expectations of the client.

- Compliance: Collaborate closely with the Risk, Compliance, and support teams to ensure the successful introduction of new products and enhancements to current procedures.

- Process enhancements: Promote process enhancements to boost customer satisfaction and facilitate product enhancements.

- Customized solutions: Implement customized solutions for various sectors, customer procedures, and distinct customer requirements.

- Management reporting: Send monthly updates and forecasts for the following months to management.
