Product Manager - Non Resident
The Liabilities Department Team is responsible for Banking products namely Savings Account including NR saving accounts, Term Deposits, Lockers, NPS, Financial Inclusion & X-sell of Asset products namely Home Loan, Car Loan, Credit Cards, LAS & Personal Loans to bank customers. The team looks at Product Development & lifecycle management, Innovation across products & services, Value management - deepening and activation, customer retention, marketing & analytics based campaigns, engaging with Branches to ensure budget achievement, Business solutions and process improvement by better use of technology and standardization
Responsibilities:
1)The overall Non-resident products and managing profit and loss for NR products for the Bank Executing the Budget plan on NR segment for the Bank
2) Analysing and preparing business performance/ market trend/ competitive landscape reports
3) Continually identifying and implementing product improvements by leveraging channel, customer and competitive insights
4) Engaging channel for superior business delivery on existing products & faster adoption of new products to meet business goals
5) Working on both architectural and functional issues with cross-functional teams to achieve integration and clean business flows for projects of varying nature
6) Plan and ensure ongoing co-ordination with local/regional Teams, for improved delivery of business results including handling of product queries
7) Conceptualizing marketing enablers that affect channel & customer decision making w.r.t product
8) Driving end-to-end bank level campaigns & programs
9) Publication of Progress Dash Board and channel engagement
10) Stakeholders management
11) Flexible to change
12) Good communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment, strong sales and relationship management skills.
13) Process orientation- Ability to manage information in structured and systematic manner.
14) Should be creative and innovative in problem solving and the formulation of solutions.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
15) Target driven
16) Drafting skills for writing strategy & business plan documents & proposals
17) Understanding of key business drivers & ability to drive business output Working knowledge of excel and good presentation skills
