Job Purpose:

'Will assist the Rural branches with his/her expertise through digital campaigns and processes. Launch new campaigns, create new dashboards and drive business ensuring top class customer satisfaction.

Will be responsible for assisting Rural branches in all possible manner to acquire new customers and deepen the existing portfolio of the assigned products. Will run various drives across branches and will coordinate with various departments to get best possible solutions.

Key / Primary Responsibilities:

'1. Accountable for the digital campaigns throughout the lifecycle from ideation to release in a scalable agile environment

2. Demonstrate excellence in execution; ensuring key stakeholders keep commitments and all whole product aspects are completed prior to campaign release

3. Ensures comprehensive, scenario-based solution verification and certification are performed on any individual solution and all combinations deployed on the platform

4. Support Product Management, through various dashboards, incentive score cards, analytics to drive business.
