Role Overview:
- The Growth lead will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through different channels.
- This role involves developing and executing strategies that leverage traditional marketing, partnerships, and in-person engagement to build brand awareness, drive conversions, and foster customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing strategies: Create and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and acquisition across channels, which will include offline campaigns to attract new customers (e.g., events, direct mail, retail partnerships, field marketing, and more).
- Identify and leverage local marketing opportunities by optimizing offline touchpoints including sponsorships, pop-up events, and grassroots campaigns.
- Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to ensure brand consistency in offline messaging and customer interactions.
- Develop and execute loyalty programs, referral incentives, and personalized offline experiences to retain existing customers.
- Manage customer re-engagement initiatives through all channels
- Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience throughout the lifecycle.
- Use data-driven decision-making to optimize channels and meet ROI goals
- Use A/B testing strategies to optimize audience targeting and creative elements
