Product Manager - Clinical

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager (Clinical) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in genomics and biotechnology, coupled with substantial experience in product management, client handling, and technical support. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive product development and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management and driving marketing functions for oncology in India.
• Growing and developing existing clients through account specific growth
• Champion and own the account on following aspects- Strategy, Business Model, Order to cash cycle, Product usage and product challenges. Customer value creation with holistic solution approach.
• Knowledge of Indian healthcare ecosystem and emerging landscape.
• Communicating account/clinical strategy via business plan to senior leadership team.
• Playing an integral role in business pitches to C-suite/Senior executives & group purchasing organisations.

Desired Profile

• Master of Science /Ph.D. in Genomics/Molecular Genetics/Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• Passion for science, health and genomics.
• 5+ Years plus experience in business development preferably from Life Sciences Industry/Pharma.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively for business purposes.
