Job description-

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

Managing employee records and HR databases.

Handling payroll and statutory compliance.

Assisting in employee engagement and training programs.

Addressing employee queries and resolving grievances.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.

1-3 years of experience in HR.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location- Gandhinagar (Nana Chiloda, Gift city road)
