Key Responsibilities:

- HR Business Partnering: Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing HR insights and guidance aligned with organizational goals.

- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace by managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

- Talent Management & Development: Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs, facilitate performance reviews, and develop strategies for employee development and succession planning.

- Policy Implementation: Drive the execution of HR policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal regulations.

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Support recruitment efforts and lead onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.

- Performance Management: Guide performance management initiatives, including annual appraisals, feedback, and performance improvement plans.

- HR Operations: Oversee HR administrative functions and support employee life cycle management with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Background: 3-7 years of experience in HR roles within BFSI, Banking, Broking, or Financial Services.

- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact confidently with senior business leaders.

- Education: Post-graduate degree in HR/Business Management from a reputable B-school.

- Competencies: Self-driven, proactive, and adept at balancing strategic HR objectives with operational needs.
