Product Designer - Wireframe/Prototyping Tools (6-12 yrs)

Position : Product Designer UI/UX

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities :

1. Design Leadership :

- Own end-to-end design processes for complex projects, from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation.

- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative design culture.

2. User Research and Insights :

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights.

- Analyze data to understand user needs and pain points, translating them into actionable design solutions.

3. UI/UX Design :

- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and production-ready assets.

- Ensure design consistency with a cohesive design system and brand guidelines.

- Solve for accessibility and inclusivity in all design projects.

4. Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing creative and strategic input.

5. Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

- Evaluate and optimize designs based on feedback and evolving user needs.

Desired :

- 6+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Experience with responsive design, mobile-first principles, and design systems.

- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
