Motion Designer - Adobe Premiere Pro (6-12 yrs)

Position : Motion Designer

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborative Design : Work closely with the design team and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop compelling visual concepts.

2. Motion Graphics Creation : Design and animate high-quality motion graphics, typography, visual effects, and compositing sequences.

3. Pre-Production Assets : Create storyboards, style frames, and animatics to visualize concepts and effectively communicate ideas.

4. Video and Animation Production : Develop captivating animations, transitions, and visual effects for video and multimedia projects.

5. Brand Consistency : Ensure all motion graphics align with branding guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms.

6. Trend Awareness : Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and tools to deliver cutting-edge designs.

7. Platform Optimization : Tailor video content for various social media platforms to maximize audience engagement.

8. Creative Leadership : Bring a unique creative vision to the editing and production process, crafting visually striking work.

9. Problem-Solving : Develop strategic creative solutions to address design and marketing challenges.

10. Advanced Animation : Elevate concepts through 2D and 3D animations, transitions, and dynamic visual storytelling.

Desired :

- 6+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or visual storytelling.

- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics, animations, and video projects.

- Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent software.

- Familiarity with 3D animation, VFX, or real-time rendering (e.g., Unreal Engine) is a plus.

- Knowledge of video production workflows, including editing, color grading, and sound design.

- Exceptional design and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail, timing, and aesthetics.

- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and design principles in motion.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
