Precision IT, a leader in biometric solutions, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will promote and sell our innovative biometric products, including fingerprint recognition, facial recognition, and other advanced security solutions.

The role involves generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. You'll play a pivotal role in driving growth for our company's biometric offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify leads and schedule appointments through cold calling, research, and databases.
• Conduct virtual or in-person demonstrations of our biometric products.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, providing after-sales support.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in biometric or technology-related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in learning about new products and trends.

Preferred:

• Experience in selling biometric devices and security solutions.
• Knowledge of fingerprint, facial recognition, and access control systems.
