Job Description
Job Description:
Primary Roles
- Maintain and repair CNC machines, conventional lathes, radial drilling machines, shearing machines, press brakes, and other shop floor equipment.
- Maintain and repair forklifts, mobile cranes, and EOT cranes.
- Manage the maintenance store, ensuring proper inventory of critical spare parts.
- Optimize machine uptime by minimizing Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and maximizing Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
- Maintain and repair air screw compressors, grit blasters, and dust collectors.
- Implement and maintain preventive and breakdown maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with ERP systems.
- Prepare and maintain ISO and IMS documentation.
- Manage and supervise maintenance personnel effectively.
Secondary Roles
- Monitor and ensure the efficient operation of all utility services.
- Possess basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting for equipment breakdowns.
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants.
Skills Required
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in field maintenance or service work.
- Proven experience servicing mechanical engines (e.g., forklifts, mobile cranes, diesel generators).
- Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot using mechanical drawings.
- SExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis (RCA) techniques (e.g., "5 Whys").
- Knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
