Key Accountabilities
Maintenance of plant equipment s
Attending breakdowns of machines, utilities and maintain appropriate records.
To improve machine availability
Stocking and maintaining machine spare parts.
Taking initiatives for reduction in maintenance cost
Contributing to new modifications and Low-cost automation projects
Ensure Safety & Maintain Housekeeping
Involvement and participation in Kaizen Initiatives
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Diploma/ graduate / BE Electrical/ mechanical Engineer.
- Experience of at least 2-3 years in handling machines & tool maintenance
- Knowledge of handling maintenance of weld shop
- Experienced in taking power efficiency Projects.
- Experienced in handling contract/temporary labour
