Qualification: Diploma, BE Mechanical / Automobile
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Gender: Male

Job Location: Perundurai
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of various machinery, including CNC machines, EOT cranes, forklifts, mobile cranes, hydraulic presses, shot blasting machines, and gearboxes.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule.
- Conduct routine inspections, and lubrication to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Respond promptly to equipment failures and breakdowns.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and electrical connections.
- Generate reports on equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance costs.
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
