Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Head to lead our engineering team and drive product development, innovation, and technical strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software architecture, product development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end product development and ensure scalability & performance.
• Lead and mentor the engineering team, driving best practices in development.
• Design, implement, and optimize high-performance architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance our product offerings.
• Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Skills :

• 10+ years of experience in software development & architecture.
• Expertise in ASP.Net/Core MVC, Web API, MS SQL Server, and Angular.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Microservices, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Proven track record in scaling SaaS products & managing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
