Marketing Manager

Position Overview: As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for setting the overarching marketing strategy and overseeing its execution. Your role will involve managing a variety of marketing functions, including brand management, content development, and promotional campaigns. Youll work closely with senior leadership, sales, and product teams to create a unified marketing vision that aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on building the brand, increasing market share, and enhancing customer loyalty.
Brand Management: Oversee the development and consistency of the companys brand voice, positioning, and messaging across all channels. Ensure a cohesive brand experience both online and offline.
Campaign Development: Lead the planning, creation, and execution of large-scale marketing campaigns that drive awareness, customer engagement, and demand. This includes working with internal teams and external partners.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities, target audience segmentation, and product launches.
Content Strategy: Guide content creation strategies across multiple platforms, including blogs, case studies, white papers, social media, and website content, to engage prospects and customers.
Digital Strategy: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media) to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support the marketing team, fostering professional development and ensuring high-performance results across campaigns and initiatives.
Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and new opportunities, adapting strategies accordingly.
Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenditures to maximize ROI.
Bachelordegree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
7+ years of experience in marketing management, brand management, or related fields.
Strong understanding of marketing channels, digital marketing tactics, and creative campaign development.
Proven experience in managing a team and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and other departments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and persuasive messages for diverse audiences.
Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Zoho and marketing automation platforms.
Data-driven, with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
