Job Purpose:
To facilitate the business development team by proposing garment and print design collections that
align with market trends and client requirements, ensuring the delivery of creative and
production-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities:
● Develop garment and print design collections to support business development initiatives.
● Collaborate with the business development team to understand client needs and market
demands.
● Prepare design concepts, sketches, and technical packs for presentations and client pitches.
● Research and analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to
inspire design collections.
● Ensure all designs are production-friendly and feasible for large-scale manufacturing.
● Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs align with stitching and manufacturing
processes.
● Source and recommend appropriate fabrics, trims, and accessories for collections.
● Maintain an organized archive of design files, patterns, and samples for future reference.
Skills Required:
● Strong understanding of garment stitching processes.
● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, and CAD tools.
● Knowledge of print techniques and fabric compatibility.
● Ability to create innovative designs that balance aesthetics and functionality.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience Required: 0 to 2 years
Qualification Required: Design Graduate
