Project Manager - Power Sector (5-10 yrs)

As a project manager you will leverage your expertise in managing strategy, process reengineering, system development, deployment, Data digitization and cloud hosting, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery to drive governments business growth, solve complex challenges and foster long term client relationships.

Required Skill Competencies.

- Minimum years of experience - 5-10 years.

- Extensive Experience of working with State/ Center Government / PSU.

- Experience of managing/executing an IT solution development & implementation for any State/ Center Government / PSU.

- Preference would be given to candidate having previous experience of ERP in power sector.

- Minimum 2 Years' experience of working in Power Sector.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in analyzing current processes and defining future-state workflows and architecture.

- Support AS-IS studies, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and preparation of functional/system requirements.

- Collaborate on project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.

- Contribute to system design, development, and testing for modules like payroll, finance, and material management.

- Assist in cloud architecture planning, data migration, and deployment.

- Provide support during post-deployment operations, including updates and issue resolution.

- Provide training support to the stakeholders.

- Assist Project manager with MIS/analytics setup, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), system integration, and data migration.

- Assist in smooth post-deployment operations, including bug fixes and updates.

- Assist in Bid process management.

- Assist in the legacy data digitization.

Education Qualification:

- At least Graduate or equivalent from a recognized University (B. E/ B. Tech/MCA / MBA) full time regular course preferred
