Content Development
Conduct research to develop effective and engaging content in conformity with the standards and requirements of a program, catering to learners at diverse proficiency levels acquiring English as a second language.
Innovate instructional strategies and incorporate basic educational technology into content development.
Contemplate inclusive and dynamic training approaches, design modules, and implement training programs to equip teachers with content knowledge and gainful instructional strategies.
Research and Evaluation
Collaborate with educators, subject specialists, policymakers, and other professionals to develop processes that promote engaging and learner-centric pedagogical practices in second language acquisition. Additionally, contribute to the development of high-quality curricula and educational materials.
Develop and adapt tools that identify learning gaps and learning styles and tailor solutions to program requirements.
Read and examine the current and past national and international researches and trends in the field of second language acquisition and broader educational contexts in India with the focus on determining the most optimal trajectories.
Monitoring and Documentation
Undertake visits to program locations periodically in order to gauge classroom issues, support teachers, and compile reports on crucial field categories.
Encourage teachers to initiate curriculum improvement by furnishing the required resources and establishing frameworks for constructive dialogues on curriculum refinement.
Through extensive field visits dedicated to piloting, testing, and implementing content, the position will impart a holistic understanding of educational challenges in India, particularly in teaching English as a second language. The Associate is anticipated to swiftly gain insights into the field and actively contribute to the development, editing, design, proofreading, formatting, and distribution of English content.
