Tender Engineer / Sales Officer For EPC Company (Oil & Gas Sector)

An International EPC Company engaged in turnkey construction of Petroleum Oil & Gas Storage Terminals in India & abroad are looking for Tender Engineer / Sales Officers at their head office situated at Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

Role & responsibilities

• Download & evaluate tenders / NIT uploaded by PSU's like M/s. IOCL, M/s. HPCL, M/s. BPCL, M/s. GAIL, M/s. ONGC, etc. for EPC Projects.
• Check if pre-qualification criteria are met & update management of the same.
• Float enquiries & get budgetary quotes from approved vendors to compare against Schedule of Rates in the tender.
• Attend prebid meeting hosted by prospective client & get all queries resolved.
• Prepare all technical & financial documents stipulated in the tender.
• Upload the documents in the tender ePortal & submit the bid.
• Participate in Online Bid Opening & Reverse Auction if applicable.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have experience in bidding for EPC tenders floated by PSU's like M/s. Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., M/s. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., M/s. BPCL, M/s. ONGC, M/s. GAIL, etc.
• Good communication skills with fluency in English.
