Position is at Vasai-MUMBAI.

Principal Accountabilities (Roles & Responsibilities)

• Timely set-up and manage the line to ensure the proper execution of new & existing models.
• Checking of 1st Piece of new work order and accordingly process sheet to be updated.
• Controlling of FTR by ensuring timely identification and analysis of model rejection and accordingly to maintain the daily production.
• Ensuring timely loading of encryption files during product change over.
• Responsible for continuous monitoring of SPI & AOI defects and take corrective action to avoid defects.
• Responsible for taking reflow profile as per process / SOP in pre-defined interval and take corrective action for changing profile in consultation with Dept. Head and HQ ME Team.
• Analysis of daily line rejection etc. & ensuring the Quality of products.
• Ensure to execute major trouble shooting of any deviation on the line through CAPA.
• Timely analysis of testing rejected material.
• Ensure to maintain product standard and parameters as per defined SOP & WI.
• Ensure continuous improvement projects to enhance quality, production and reduce rework/rejection by innovation and automation.
• To identify, discuss & implement corrective action in case of rejections in consultation with HOD and Cross Functional Team.
• Timely pupation of ME SOPs & WI as per standard requirement.
• Maintain proper documentation of ME-SMT process according to ISO standards.
• Implementation of 6S in ME-SMT process by ensuring inspection and compliance to 6S requirements and accordingly to maintain applicable documentation of the same.
• Ensure health & safety at workplace in the context of man, machine, method, material, mother-nature etc.
• Guiding and solving the queries of operators / team members in each process and to provide effective on-the-job training.
• Preparation and submission of daily & monthly MIS reports.
