Role & responsibilities

New product qualification & validation in SMT/PTH Line

Line support for NPI & mass Production activities.

DFM issue capturing during NPI run.

Understanding of check plots, Qualification for Stencils, Fixture & Pallets.

BOM validation, preparation and revision management.

Preparation of all process work instructions and documents related to NPI & Modification or implementation on mass product.

Reflow profile board preparations & Verification.

Monitor the yield for all production boards. To ensure SMT assy process is stabilized without any defects.

Machine parameters validation with respect to product quality.

FMEA Updations and Responsible in Identifying the Risks Initially and updation of mitigations.

Awareness on ESD/EHS/AS9100D/IATF/ISMS/QMS Systems will be advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma or BTech (ECE) Candidates with 5 to 10 years experience in relevant industry.
