Designation: Officer-Security

Job responsibilities:

1. Monitoring of CCTV cameras to assist with the detection of theft/pilferage, antisocial behavior and to support the reduction of crime, disorder and the fear of crime

2. Maintain a close liaison with the Manager Security & Surveillance & Duty Security Supervisor in relation to any incidents identified at Plant

3. Use databases and computer systems to gather, monitor, record and communicate information to appropriate personnel

4. Monitor, operate and communicate using all forms of equipment

5. Supply extracts from CCTV recordings to support the front line and maintain records in compliance with laid down process

6. Should have strong observation skills and should be able to identify distrustful movements in premises & manufacturing Unit/Warehouses

7. Should be smart & vigilant to understand & identify the planned crimes at site

Vigilance & Incident handling Skills:

1. He will also be expected to monitor the plant movement with the assistance of duty Security Supervisor as and when required

2. He needs to build strong network with the Third Party Team/Employees in order to extract information from them

3. Timely escalation of critical information to Manager Security & Surveillance in order to arrest the issue or incident

4. Handling of incident or supporting events along with Duty Security Supervisor

5. He should adhere to all types of duties pertaining to Security & Surveillance as per requirement at Plant

Job requirements:-

1. Graduate from any stream from recognized University with 2 +3 pattern (Full time course)

2. Candidates residing between Bhayander to Virar will be preferred for this Position

3. He should be Honest/loyal & energetic team player and should hv maintained good track in his previous companies

4. Should have minimum 3 years of Experience working in Security Department with sound knowledge on Handing CCTV Surveillance ,vigilance/information gathering & handling various emergency/different types of incident in Organization/Factory

5. He will be working in shifts. He shall take Plant & Warehouse rounds during day/night along with Duty Security Supervisor as and when required

6. Should be able to share Daily Security Reports, MIS and other reports with Manager Security & Surveillance using Excel, Word & Power Point

Job Location : Factory( Vasai)
