• Test Planning :
  • Develop detailed flight test plans, schedules, and procedures.
  • Define test objectives, methodologies, and success criteria.
• Flight Test Execution :
  • Coordinate and oversee flight test operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Operate data acquisition systems and monitor real-time test data during flights.
• Data Analysis and Reporting :
  • Analyze flight test data to validate aircraft systems' performance.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and recommendations based on test outcomes.
• Collaboration and Coordination :
  • Work closely with pilots, design engineers, and regulatory bodies to ensure test compliance.
  • Support multidisciplinary teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Regulatory Compliance :
  • Ensure all flight tests meet regulatory and certification requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement :
  • Contribute to the development of new testing methodologies and tools.
  • Provide feedback to enhance aircraft systems and test procedures.
