Job Description

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company s mission, vision, and objectives.
• Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Organizational Development: Implement leadership development programs, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws. Develop and maintain company policies and procedures.
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Foster an inclusive workplace by championing DEI initiatives.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Performance Management: Drive a culture of accountability and continuous feedback through effective performance management systems.
• HR Technology: Leverage HRIS systems to optimize workflows and enhance employee experience.
• Budget Management: Manage the HR department budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI on HR initiatives.
• Change Management: Support organizational change by designing and implementing change management strategies.
• Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team and employees on HR-related matters.
