Designtion - Purchase Engineer

Location - Bangalore

Roles & Responsibility

• BOM review as per the (SLD) approved drawing and discuss with Engg if any deviation or clarification required and should have strong knowledge in understanding SLD.
• Cost comparison, Price enquiry, price negotiation, price finalization, comparison of delivery terms and finalize the delivery commitment with supplier.
• Managing budget and payments.
• Raising purchase order based on purchase requisition with proper taxation.
• Co- ordinate with supplier if any amendment or clarification required in PO.
• Co-ordinating with supplier and follow up for timely delivery of material ordered.
• Ensuring smooth co-ordination with user department and corresponding with supplier on scope of supply and specification.
• Play key role in vendor development or vendor management.
• Procurement of all kinds of material as well as (Switchgear items, Electrical ,hardware’s, fabrication material, )
• †Good maintenance of stock material by taking monthly inventory.
• †Good relationship with store department..

Qualification & Skill Requirement

• MS WORD, MS EXCEL, MS POWERPOINT, PDF& Search Engine utilisation.

• language such as Kannada, English, Hindi .

• Experience : 5 - 7 yrs

• Gender: Married Male & Female

• Manager must have worked with Manufacture company

• Qualification: BE.Electrical /Diploma in Electrical .

• Two Wheeler is must with Immediate Joining.
