Job Summary:
The Electrical Testing and Service Engineer is responsible for conducting tests, inspections, maintenance, and servicing of electrical systems and equipment to ensure their optimal functionality and safety. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing electrical faults, and providing effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency. The engineer works to ensure that all electrical equipment adheres to industry standards and performs reliably for the end-user.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems – LV,HV (11KV ,33KV )
• Good communication skills for reporting, collaborating with clients, and working within a team.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Certifications: Valid electrical engineering or safety certifications depending on the industry and region.

2.Working Conditions:

• Field-based work, with frequent visits to client sites, industrial facilities, or construction sites.
• Occasional work in confined spaces, high places, or in hazardous environments (requires adherence to safety protocols).
• May involve shift work, emergency call-outs, and working on weekends depending on service demands.
• Must be comfortable handling electrical equipment, tools, and testing instruments.

3.Additional Information:

• The role may require travel to different locations based on service contracts and emergency calls.
• The engineer must maintain ongoing professional development by keeping up to date with the latest industry standards, testing technologies, and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:Diploma/bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in electrical testing, maintenance, or servicing in industrial, commercial, or utility sectors.
