Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Test Engineer to join our team. He/she will play a crucial role in evaluating generative AI solutions, ensuring the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of the solution.

Responsibilities:

Design and execute comprehensive test plans to assess the functionality, performance, and robustness of Gen AI-powered solutions for software engineering.
Collaborate with developers and Gen AI researchers and engineers to understand the intricacies of the solutions and define appropriate testing strategies.
Develop and implement automated test scripts using appropriate frameworks to streamline the testing process.
Identify and document defects, biases, and limitations of the solutions.
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for improvement and optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI testing methodologies and tools.
Communicate test findings effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in software testing with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience in designing and executing test plans for complex software applications.
Proficiency in test automation frameworks will be added advantage.
Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts and applications is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
