Project Coordinator

Job Description
• Leading and implementing government funded skill development projects or corporate social responsibility skilling projects with experience in the state of Karnataka.• Good knowledge about the terrain and geography of karnataka state. Experience in the skill development field is preferred.• Having good written and verbal communication and people management skills with government liasoning experience, and candidate mobilization experience.• Visiting the work site on a regular basis

Field Operations & Project Implementation:

• Coordinate and oversee project activities in the field according to the project plan.
• Ensure resources, materials, and logistics are properly managed at field sites.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
• Identify and address operational challenges in field implementation.

Team Coordination & Supervision:

• Support and guide field teams, ensuring they understand project objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct regular check-ins with field staff to monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Facilitate training sessions and capacity-building activities for field teams when necessary.

Stakeholder & Community Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for local stakeholders, community representatives, and project beneficiaries.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, focus group discussions, and awareness sessions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, partner organizations, and community members.
