Civil Trainer

Job Description

1.Training to the workers and coordinating the assessment is a major part of the job role.

2.The training to the workers includes theory class and practical class as per the curriculum, and should maintain the daily attendance.

3.Day to Day travel to the assigned training site is a must and it's mandatory to be at the training site for 8 hours even if there is no training happening.

4.Based on the project requirement, the construction of the Model House is a part of the training program and should be completed within the project timelines.

5.Complete Documentation of the training program to be maintained on a daily basis until the assessment is completed and submit the original documents to the office without fail.

6.Once the training and assessment is completed in the assigned location, you are required to move to the other location where training is going to start.
