Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Position summary

The incumbent will provide support to the Life Sciences Product Compliance teams, primarily co-ordinating responses to customer enquiries & managing regulated product assessments / orders.

The applicant should have a scientific background and strong administrative skills. Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating and managing customer enquiries
• Review of product compliance against pre-set criteria
• Co-ordination of customer End Use Declarations
• Management of regulated orders
• ERP system updates and data management
• Co-ordination of registration documentation
• Interaction with key stakeholders such as customer services
• Effective collaboration and co-ordination of activities with fellow team members

Required Qualifications/Experience

• BS degree in a scientific discipline / strong experience of working in a scientific environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to communicate clearly, succinctly and effectively in person, over the phone, on remote meetings and in writing
• Able to connect with all levels within the organization
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to remain calm, professional and positive
• Ability to work as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment with moderated supervision
• Highly motivated, possessing strong organisational skills and able to prioritise multiple activities concurrently
