Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior US-based Recruiter with 5-6 years of experience to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will take the lead in identifying and hiring top talent for a variety of positions across the United States. You will work directly with senior leadership and hiring managers to drive recruitment strategies, streamline processes, and provide guidance to junior recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment Planning:
    Lead the development of recruitment strategies for multiple departments, ensuring alignment with the companys growth goals and hiring needs. Provide proactive solutions to meet recruitment objectives and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:
    Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions (from entry-level to executive), including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and job offers. Ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Talent Pipeline Development:
    Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and high-volume positions. Implement sourcing techniques that align with long-term talent acquisition goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Consultation:
    Work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand specific hiring needs and provide market insights. Offer consultative services to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and compensation.
  • Mentorship & Team Leadership:
    Provide mentorship to junior recruiters, assisting with skill development, interview techniques, and process optimization. Help lead and manage recruitment campaigns and projects.
  • Candidate Engagement & Employer Branding:
    Cultivate a positive candidate experience by building strong relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Promote the companys culture and values to candidates, enhancing the employer brand and attracting top-tier talent.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
    Lead efforts to source diverse candidates and ensure inclusive hiring practices. Track diversity metrics and collaborate with HR and senior leadership to achieve DEI objectives.
  • Offer Negotiation & Closing:
    Lead salary and offer negotiations for key hires, ensuring alignment with compensation strategies while delivering a competitive offer. Guide candidates through the final steps of the hiring process.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment:
    Leverage recruitment analytics to track performance metrics, report on KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Compliance & Legal Adherence:
    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment with a proven track record of hiring across various industries and job levels.
  • Expertise:
    In-depth knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.). Strong understanding of US labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Organizational Skills:
    Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Able to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Technology & Tools:
    High proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technologies. Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques (social media, Boolean search, and networking).
  • Consultative Approach:
    Ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing recruitment guidance and addressing challenges with proactive solutions.
