Job Description
Onboarding Excellence :
- Facilitate engaging and seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, including in-person orientations.
- Collaborate with site-based stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with company culture.
- Training Facilitation :
- Design and deliver individual and team learning sessions, including Clifton StrengthsFinder and DiSC workshops, leveraging learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Facilitate virtual training for people leaders across North America India, covering topics such as engagement, performance management, and communication and cross cultural competence.
- Content Development and Curation :
- Support the creation of global training materials with a focus on manager enablement and leadership development.
- Curate resources from platforms like LinkedIn Learning to promote a self-service learning culture.
- Create and maintain engaging content on tools like Articulate while tracking impact and effectiveness.
- Process Optimization :
- Leverage data insights to improve onboarding processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional training initiatives by piloting automation efforts and creating SOPs to streamline operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations and reports, collaborating across time zones and departments to address diverse learning needs.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in learning and development or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and experience working with learning management systems (LMS).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage content across various learning platforms.
- Experience working with global teams and across time zones.
- Passion for creating engaging learning solutions with tools like Articulate Rise 360
Preferred Skills
- Background or interest in learning development, HR, or instructional design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to people development.
- Familiarity with tools like Clifton StrengthsFinder, DiSC, and other development methodologies
